When an ancient floor is uncovered the picture is often gone, but the tesserae remain — scattered and worn, catching the light in grey, cream and fired terracotta. Tessera holds that moment of discovery: a cloud of broken colour across a silver-grey field, with flecks of rust and clay rising through like the brick beneath. Abstract, but never cold.Styling your roomGround a grey sofa with warm terracotta accents, clay lamps and walnut furniture.Materials & construction Collection: Germanica Vavien Design code: 1383 Material: 70% polypropylene, 30% polyester Pile height: 8 mm Weight: 1,950 g/m² Density: 465,000 points/m² Backing: Cotton Made in: Türkiye Packing: Rolled Choose your size 80 × 150 cm — small rug for entrances, bedside or a desk.

Frequently Asked Questions
Will this rug fit in my home washing machine?
Yes. Rugs up to 200x230cm fit comfortably in standard 7kg to 8kg front-load washers. For expansive 240x340cm formats, a standard 10kg+ washer or commercial laundromat machine is recommended.
Does it slide on smooth hardwood or tiled floors?
No. Every rug is engineered with a built-in textured thermoplastic rubber (TPR) non-skid backing. It grips hard surfaces tightly without scratching or leaving sticky residues.
How fast is international shipping to the USA and Europe?
Orders are dispatched via expedited air couriers (DHL Express & FedEx Air). Average transit time is 3 to 5 business days, with real-time tracking numbers provided upon dispatch.
