An area rug must be experienced beneath your feet and auditioned under your room's natural morning and evening light with your existing furnishings. If a piece does not completely harmonize with your space, we welcome returns or exchanges within 30 days of confirmed delivery.

Defective or Damaged In Transit: 100% complimentary return shipping. If a rug arrives damaged or with any defect, we cover all return shipping costs and immediately dispatch a replacement or full refund.
Style or Sizing Exchanges: 100% complimentary return exchange label. We help you swap for another size or design free of shipping fees.
Change of Mind Returns: We provide a discounted prepaid courier return shipping label deducted from your final refund (flat $35 USD for runners/small rugs, $50 USD for large area rugs), saving you up to 70% compared to retail courier counter rates.
4. How to Initiate a Return
To begin a return or exchange, simply email our concierge team at returns@ihsanrugs.com or support@ihsanrugs.com with your order number. We will provide pre-paid return labels and schedule a courier pickup at your convenience.
5. Rapid Refund Processing
Once your returned piece arrives at our logistics hub and passes verification (within 48 hours), your refund is automatically posted back to your original payment method (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, PayPal). Banks typically credit funds within 3 to 5 business days.
