2. Textile Specifications & Craftsmanship Standards

Our collections comprise carefully engineered low-pile performance chenille, printed vintage distressed motifs, and machine-washable floor coverings featuring integrated thermoplastic rubber (TPR) skid-resistant backings.

Each product page explicitly declares the exact material composition and dimensions. Slight color variances (+/- 3%) may occur due to screen calibration differences and ambient home lighting (e.g., warm 2700K incandescent vs. cool 5000K daylight). Dimensional manufacturing tolerances of +/- 2% are industry standard for woven and bound floor textiles.

3. Honest Pricing, Currencies & Transparency

All prices are listed in United States Dollars ($ USD). We adhere strictly to FTC (16 CFR Part 233) and EU Directive 98/6/EC consumer pricing guidelines:

• We do not display deceptive crossed-out reference prices or artificial discounts.
• Every advertised price reflects the true purchase price of the selected rug variant.
• International courier freight and Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) customs clearance fees for eligible destinations are included in our transparent pricing.

4. Payment Processing & PCI-DSS Level 1 Security

All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments, powered by Stripe. Our platform complies with Level 1 PCI-DSS standards, utilizing 256-bit TLS encryption. We never access, capture, or store sensitive credit card or debit card numbers on our private servers.

5. 30-Day In-Home Trial & Return Rights

Customers in the United States, United Kingdom, European Union, and Canada are entitled to a 30-day in-home trial period starting from the courier delivery timestamp. Detailed return packaging instructions, restocking terms, and defect claims are governed by our Refund Policy.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international commercial trade laws and applicable consumer protection statutes.
