Every rug undergoes a multi-point inspection before dispatch. Pieces are rolled (never folded), wrapped in waterproof industrial protective sheath, and secured in heavy-duty shipping canvas to ensure they arrive in pristine showroom condition.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST are typically processed and booked for air carrier collection on the same business day.
3. Customs & Import Duties (DDP Guaranteed)
To ensure a completely seamless luxury shopping experience, all shipments to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, European Union, and Australia are dispatched on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis.
All customs clearance charges, import tariffs, and national taxes are pre-calculated and covered directly by ihsanrugs. You will never be contacted by couriers for surprise customs invoices or unexpected clearance fees upon delivery.
